Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for any loss, theft or damage passes to you, the buyer. KWK Designs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or packages mishandled in transit.

Want extra peace of mind? Shipping insurance can be added to your invoice on request, at your cost.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided with your quote. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country, are not included in our pricing, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.
